Why have Anne speak to your people?
Anne has developed and owned a hugely successful Party Plan business in New Zealand and Malaysia. Her Malaysian business grew from nothing to a turnover in excess of $NZ1 Million within 18 months, and 6 months after that the turnover was NZ$2.4 Million. She had more than 100 people per month joining her business and she developed 23 Team Leaders in all states of Malaysia.
Today that business continues to flourish and has over 300 Managers. Throughout the growth of her business in Malaysia, Anne had to become a "Master Problem Solver". She had no one to train her, motivate her or pick her up when things went wrong.
Before arriving in Malaysia she had never even conducted a meeting herself. She even had to learn to sell to people who couldn't speak English - try doing a party in semi-sign language!
Her sense of humour has been vital!
In addition to her success in the field, having over 2 years experience in the Corporate section of a Party Plan company means she also understands what your needs and requirements are from anyone brought in to work with your people.

Anne's qualifications include:
- 8 years building an international Party Plan business, which she then sold and still flourishes today.
- 2 years as National Training Manager of another International Party Plan Company in New Zealand.
- Accredited Speaking Member of NSANZ.
- Certificate IV in Life and Business Coaching.
- Currently completing a Diploma in Adult Teaching and Learning at the University of Canterbury.
- Advanced Toastmaster - Bronze.
